Roceso’s finger therapeutic device is design to use soft robotics actuators to help stroke patient to exercise their fingers.

The initial 3D printed prototype was well tested and proven that the concept work efficiently. But due to it design and shape, conventional manufacturing is not able to fabricate. The original shape cannot be compromised as its play an important role to the functionality.

With these requirements, our DFM solution for the actuator not only break the challenge of making the design production ready, but also retain the remarkable and efficient functioning concept.
